Refund & Return Policy 

Lips&Lashes Cosmetics along with DIEUDONESKIN ensures to protect the health and safety of all our customers. To ensure that we are taking precaution and putting these safety measures into play. We DO NOT accept returns after your order has been shipped.

If you would like to cancel an order . You have a 24 hour period from the time your order has been placed with us to request a refund. Once the 24 hour deadline has passed we will not be granting you a refund, because orders go out every two days . If you have ordered on one of our shipping days please ensure that you request your refund before 12:00pm or your order goes out and you will not be eligible for a refund.

If mistakes has been made with your order such as receiving a wrong or missing item. Please feel free to contact us between our business ours from (UTC-4) 8:00 am - 5:00pm to request a refund or to request for us to send out the correct items. When contacting us about your situation ,you MUST provide us with PROOF of wrong or missing items. Without proof unfortunately your request will be denied as our packaging team and myself will double check all orders before sending them out to prevent those incidents.

Lost/Damaged Packages

Lips& Lashes Cosmetics along with DIEUDONNESKIN inspects every order before sending them out to our wonderful & Valued Customers. Once the item(s) has left our warehouse we are no longer responsible for any damages that may have been caused during transit. We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you noticed that you entered a wrong address after placing an order with us please contact us IMMEDIATLEY @[email protected]  

If we were not contacted within 48 hours items will be sent out to the given address. 

NOTE; if your tracking information says that your item has been delivered and you do not see the package please do not hesitate to contact us or LA POSTE @lapostetracking.com

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO OUR SUPPORTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WHEN ISSUING A COMPLAINT. OTHERWISE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO FURTHER ASSIST YOU . YOUR ACCOUT WITH US WILL BE FLAGGED AND YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PURCHASE WITH US IN THE FUTURE.
